Whilst beautiful, well crafted motion design is always my number one priority, a large part of my role with F1 is to help streamline pipelines and boost efficiency in the production process to meet the extremely tight deadlines of social media demands during race weekends.
It's all about making great looking projects that can be re-used over and over again at speed with maximum efficiency, making life easier for the designers and producers alike.
