The Challenge
Celonis approached us with a rough work-in-progress created by their internal design team, who didn’t have the capacity to produce the full four-episode series of Process Confidential.
They brought in Beneath, who then commissioned me to take the initial material and develop the remaining episodes based on their scripts.
The main challenge was evolving the creative direction without straying too far from the original concept or the Celonis brand, which had already started to drift in the early version.
From a technical standpoint, the project demanded a fast turnaround, so we had to find smart ways to streamline production while still maintaining a high standard of quality.
The Solution
By applying efficient workflows and smart production techniques, we delivered the remaining three episodes on time. Each piece tells its own story, designed to educate the audience through clear, visually engaging animation.

The Result
The series won a design award from the Art Directors Club of Germany, with episodes 2 to 4 recognized for their execution. It also helped drive social engagement and build brand awareness for Celonis.
For Beneath, the project strengthened their relationship with the client and led to ongoing work, with several peripheral projects emerging from the success of this core series.
